"this is a lovely sweet fruity tea - absolutely gorgeous as a cold brew in diet lemonade or cream soda - but it's lovely hot too - you have to be craeful to do it to 80 degrees though. . not 100! the best thing about it is that the white tea leaves a slight tang, making the drink not too sweet when you cold brew. absolutely lovely."

"I have never tried Edinburgh rock so this was a complete surprise for me. Such a delicate and light tea but plenty of flavour and depending on which tea bits get scooped out of the bag I made 2 different coloured brews. My husbands brew was pink while mine was orange. I think in summer this would be beautiful cold brewed and poured over ice. I only purchased this as a taster bag but will definitely be restocking."
