How to make Sticky Chai

YOU WILL NEED:

 Chai Blends

Recipe 1 - HOW TO MAKE A STICKY CHAI HOT TEA:

  1. Take one cup of milk (we like oat milk!)
  2. Add two heaped teaspoons of Sticky Chai
  3. Heat your milk of choice on the stove or in the microwave until it’s nice and hot (approx 2 mins).
  4. Use an infuser or sieve to strain your tea into your favourite mug.
  5. Sprinkle with nutmeg, cinnamon or chocolate (your choice!).
  6. Enjoy!

OR

You can also brew in water (like a normal tea!) & top with cold milk afterwards.

Recipe 2 - HOW TO MAKE A STICKY CHAI LATTE:

  1. Follow steps 1-4 from above.
  2. Next take your Handheld Milk Foamer (or other milk frother) and foam your milk until it’s lovely and thick! Then pour your chai into your mug, ensuring you get a nice big dollop of frothy milk on the top.
  3. Sprinkle with nutmeg, cinnamon or chocolate (your choice!).
  4. Enjoy!

Recipe 3 - HOW TO MAKE FESTIVAL STICKY CHAI:

  1. Add 2 Perfect Tea Spoons of Sticky Chai to a saucepan along with a mug full of milk of your choice.
  2. Turn the heat to low/medium and allow the chai to slowly infuse into the milk whilst stirring. This should take around 4 minutes once the milk is hot to create a creamy spiced chai.
  3. When you’re ready, grab your Bird & Blend Strainer, take a ladle of your chai tea from the stove and filter it through the strainer into your favourite mug!
  4. Sprinkle with nutmeg, cinnamon or a spice of your choice!
  5. Enjoy!

Optional: Add a dash of spiced rum for a warming hot toddy chai!

Recipe 4 - HOW TO MAKE ICED STICKY CHAI:

  1. Add 2 Perfect Tea Spoons of Sticky Chai to your Brewdini or strainer of your choice along with the 300ml of boiling water. Allow this to steep for four minutes.
  2. Once the Sticky Chai is fully brewed, allow it to cool. You can do this by popping it in the fridge or pouring it into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake, shake, shake!
  3. Add your cooled Sticky Chai to a glass with ice, and then fill the glass to the top with a cold milk of your choice.
  4. Make it mega by adding whipped cream! Sprinkle with nutmeg, cinnamon or a spice of your choice!
  5. Enjoy!

  • To make your dreamy mug of sticky chai with Oatly! Barista Edition even more yummy, lightly dribble in Oatly! Creamy Oat.
I love milk, but oat drink works better with your sticky chai.
