Do I pay monthly?
Nope! This is a prepaid tea adventure, so you'll pay for the full subscription when you place your order. After that, you can sit back and enjoy your monthly tea deliveries – there are no extra monthly payments to worry about.
How often does it arrive?
Your tea adventure lands on your doorstep once a month. Your first box will be sent after you place your order, with your next boxes following at monthly intervals from your original order date. Plenty of time to sip your way through each box before the next one arrives!
How much tea do you get and how many cups does it make?
Each monthly box contains three different tea blends, giving you plenty of delicious brews to discover. Each pouch contains 20g of loose leaf tea, making approximately 10 cups per blend / 30 cups per box – depending on how strong you like your cuppa, of course!
Can you choose which teas you receive, or are they a surprise?
That’s all part of the fun – your teas are a surprise! Our Tea Mixologists choose three delicious blends for every box, giving you the chance to discover new flavours and perhaps even find a new favourite. You won't be able to swap or choose the individual teas included.
What teas are included and will they be different each time?
Every box contains three different tea blends, handpicked by our Tea Mixologists. Better still, there are no repeats, so each delivery brings three new blends for you to explore. Think of it as a monthly tea adventure, delivered straight to your door!
Can you pause, skip or cancel?
As this is a prepaid tea subscription, your monthly boxes are scheduled when you place your order and can't be paused, skipped or cancelled once your subscription has started.
When will it be dispatched/arrive?
Your first box will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of ordering, with your remaining boxes sent at monthly intervals based on your original order date. Once each box is on its merry way, we'll send you an email with tracking details so you can follow your tea right to your doorstep.
Is it available internationally?
For now, our monthly tea boxes are only available for delivery within the UK.
Can I buy it as a gift?
Absolutely! It makes a brew-tea-ful gift for the tea lover in your life. Simply enter their delivery address when placing your order and we'll send their tea boxes directly to their door each month. Just remember that deliveries are scheduled from the date you place the original order, so bear this in mind if you're planning it for a birthday or special occasion.
Will I receive a reminder?
Yes! We'll keep you in the loop by email when each monthly box is dispatched. Your delivery will be fully tracked, and we'll send you tracking information so you'll know when your next box of tea goodness is heading your way.
