Sip on the stars with this dreamy tea-infused mocktail inspired by Van Gogh’s Starry Night, using our limited edition festive tea blend! This wonderfully fruity blend was inspired by the colours in the famous painting, & creates a clean, refreshing boost hot or cold brewed. This recipe was concocted by Carey from our events TEAm! The perfect Christmas tipple, with or without the alcohol.
Makes: 1 perfect cocktail & can of course be made as a cocktail with a shot of vodka if preferred!
What you will need:
- 2 ½ Perfect Tea Spoons of Starry Night Tea
- 100ml boiling water
- 50ml Pineapple Juice
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- 5ml Grenadine
- A cup of ice
- A cocktail shaker
- Some of the tea leaves to garnish
What to do:
- Brew 2 ½ Perfect Tea Spoons of your tea in 100ml of water for at least 8 mins, we use our Brewdini Gravity Steeper for the perfect mess free brewer & strainer!
- Strain into your cocktail shaker over ice.
- Add the rest of your ingredients
- Shake shake shake! This is mixing everything up like the swirling stars... to get the perfect shake the shaker until it is so cold you can't stand to hold it anymore!
- Pour your mocktail through a strainer or sieve, into your glass (leaving the ice in the shaker)
- Sprinkle over some tea leaves for the perfect garnish!
- Enjoy!
