    How to make a hot tea?

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 4+ mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      Without milk

    How to cold brew tea?

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    A nice surprise

    Having not tried many floral teas I was unsure what to expect from starry night. I enjoy it both hot or cold brewed; I find that hot makes the tea taste more floral, whilst cold makes it more fruity. I enjoy both but prefer this tea cold brewed.

    Lovely as a hot brew

    Tried this as both a hot and a cold brew, and both ways it has a lovely taste, and is refreshing. I personally prefer hot, as I think it compliments the flavour better.
