This Dry January, we’ve dreamt up a zingy new loose leaf blend, so you can enjoy your favourite cocktail completely alcohol free. Enter, Spicy Marg: tart, spicy & here for a party!
This mocktail masterpiece was created by Frankie, one of our resident drinks developers, especially for our Social Media Guru, Becci, who loves a Spicy Marg!

What you will need:
- 2 Perfect Tea Spoons of Spicy Marg loose leaf tea
- 100ml 80° water (if you don’t have a fancy kettle, pop some cold water in before the boiling, this is to stop the leaves from burning and tasting bitter)
- A lime
- A chilli
- Ice
- Water
- A cocktail shaker
- Salt
What to do:
- Brew 2 Perfect Tea Spoons of Spicy Margs loose leaf tea in 100ml of water for 4 minutes. We use our Brewdini Gravity Steeper for the perfect mess-free brewer & strainer!
- Strain into your cocktail shaker over ice.
- Squeeze in the juice of ¼ of a lime.
- Shake shake shake! To get the perfect mix, shake the shaker until it is so cold you can't stand to hold it anymore!
- Salt the rim of a martini glass.
- Pour your mocktail through a strainer or sieve, into your glass (leaving the ice in the shaker).
- Add a slice of lime and a piece of chilli.
- Enjoy!
