We serve up our iced chai at festivals & events throughout the summer, as well as all year round in our stores. Don't worry if you can't get to us. With this easy recipe, you can make your own iced chai at home!
Our famous iced chai recipe is made from our best-selling, award-winning Gingerbread Chai, but you can substitute your favourite chai blend in the recipe below, too.

What you will need:
- 4-6 Perfect Tea Spoons of Gingerbread Chai
- 100ml boiling water
- 250ml milk of your choice (we use Barista Oat in store)
- 1 cup of ice
- A cocktail shaker
- 1 tablespoon of a sweetener of your choice
- Ground cinnamon
- Handheld Milk Frother
What to do:
- Brew 2 Perfect Tea Spoons of Gingerbread Chai loose leaf tea in 100ml of boiling water for 4 minutes, this makes you a tea concentrate.
- Add sweetener if desired; we love using honey for a decadent refresher.
- Strain the concentrate into your cocktail shaker over plenty of ice.
- Shake vigorously until the shaker is ice cold to the touch.
- Pour the chilled tea into a glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top up with frothy oat milk. You can do this by pouring your milk into a jug & frothing it with a Handheld Milk Frother.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon
- Sip back & enjoy your refreshing chai treat!
You can also cold brew your chai in one of our Cold Brew Tea Bottles for a more intense taste!
