    • tea brewing temperature

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 2-4 mins

    • hot cup of tea

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

    Can I order Russian Caravan in a tin, and what sizes are available?

    Hi I ordered a few different types of teas and this has been my least favourite so far. Too smokey for me. Do you have any tips of what I can add to it to make it taste less smokey at all? I tried honey but I don't like sweet teas so that didn't work. Thanks

    How do you make it taste smoky? Is it the way it's treated or is it just a natural flavor of one of the teas?
    Hi there!! Our Smoky Russian is a Russian Caravan blend which consists of oolong tea, Lapsang Souchong tea, Mao Feng Keemun tea. Traditionally Russian caravan tea absorbed camp fire smoke on route back from China, but in more modern times, it's the Lapsang that is pinewood smoked and the process is just like any other food.
