I have IBS and i’ve drank so much peppermint tea in my life that I kind of hate it. But i’m currently 25 weeks pregnant, full of cold, have a 20 month old toddler, and found myself reaching for a bag of this from my monthly tea club stash, desperately needing a hot drink to try and clear my airways. I was pleasantly surprised! It’s a gentle mint, not too harsh and sickly, and both the oolong and cocoa make it nice and soothing to drink. If you find peppermint teas overwhelming, or that they actually make you nauseous like they do me, give this one a go. Bonus, it did make me breathe a little easier, and the low caffeine is welcome when you’re pregnant and can’t take over the counter cold meds!
