    We always get asked about teas that may help you sleep - with this in mind, we wanted to create a blend to help you rest your mind & body. A dreamy infusion of rooibos, lavender & lemon, it's the perfect tea to help you drift away on a cloud.

    How to make a hot tea?

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 4+ mins

    • Gingerbread Christmas latte

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea?

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Sleepy tea ❤️❤️

    Found this tea after I was having a trigeminal neuralgia attack on holiday, the lovely lady made me a cup to see if I liked it. I brought a box after tasting it. My hubby who has never drank tea (he's a coffee man) asked for a cup of my special tea, we now have a cup of sleepy tea every night at 7. It's helped both of us with sleep issues. Recieved our box of 40 bags. Thankyou.

    Such a wonderful tea before bed

    This one is an evening treat for me! My favourite way to drink it is hot with some honey and oat milk. my only wish is that the citrus was a tad stronger, but otherwise it's a tea I'll always restock on
