"It pains me to write a bad review, but I'm afraid I don't like this new recipe! The balance of spice, chocolate and coffee is all gone, and has been replaced by a medicinal flavour that I can't quite place. I like the change of tea, but the rest doesn't hit the mark. I would urge a change back to the old recipe!"
"This is a lovely tea. I like drinking it in the afternoons. It's really easy to taste all of the individual flavours and it's really well balanced. Delicious"
"Recommended in store when restocking my classic chai. I’m so glad it was. Feels really decadent. Complex flavours hitting the tastebuds at different intervals. I have it in the morning to give my noggin a shake!"
"Not for me, tastes of neither tea or mocha. Like a weak tea with a faint hint of chocolate even after brewing for a longer time."
"Did not really enjoyed the flavour"
"The coffee/chocolate flavour is a bit more subtle than I expected, but it's still a very tasty tea! I would still rebuy!"
"Had a tea stop at your Bluewater store and this was on the 'bucket list' of teas to try so decided to have a go. It is pleasant enough, smooth, deep and dark as a mocha should be, hints of sweetness were present but I'm not sure I could have clearly identified Mocha in a blind taste testing. Chai spices come through but one (Cardamom?) was a bit too strong and overpowered the other flavours. Good but not amazing."
"I don't enjoy coffee very much, but this was lovely. It had a very indulgent toasty flavor, with an aftertaste of chocolate and chai. The chocolate is more subtle but works well to balance out the bitterness of the coffee, making it a very rich but not too sweet drink/ It looks like you get less because of the coffee beans taking up most of the weight but this one came out to 10 teaspoons for me, so it does fit the description of the 20g bags. That said since the coffee and cocoa is heavy, I would recommend mixing up the loose leaves before you have a drink to make sure you get a bit of everything in there. I had mine as a latte with oat milk."
"Absolutely loved this tea - one of my new faves- about to order more !!!"
