How long does it take to make a matcha latte?
The whisk programming settings are complete when the temperature (70°C) is reached, taking around 2 minutes if the lid is on.
What is the capacity of the magic whisk?
The Magic Whisk will hold a maximum of 250 ml of milk, you can use non-dairy alternatives, we recommend oat milk for the perfect creamy latte. Please do not use water.
Why is the matcha whisk unique to other milk frothers?
The specialised programming and our uniquely designed whisk & basket attachment ensures the matcha powder slowly filters through the whisk coils to create a silky smooth matcha latte. Make froth, not lumps! The Magic Whisk is designed to heat the milk to around 70°C, the perfect temperature to brew matcha without burning the powder for the best taste.
How do I clean my magic whisk?
To clean your Magic Whisk, first unplug it and detach the jug from the power base. It’s best to clean it immediately after each use. Next, rinse and clean the inside of the jug using warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth. Once cleaned, dry the jug thoroughly too. Avoid immersing the jug or power base in water.
If you notice a milk layer at the bottom of the jug, soak it in warm, soapy water for a few hours, then wipe it off with a non-abrasive cloth.
You can wash the whisk, basket, and lid in the dishwasher using a cycle below 40°C but keep in mind that the jug and power base should never be placed in the dishwasher.

"I’ve really enjoyed all the flavours in the tins. Great to try them. There was supposed to be 2-3 cups of matcha per run however I found that you need more than 1/2 a teaspoon so added the whole tin each time and I don’t like it really strong, so you only get about 12 drinks, which is quite expensive."

"I'm new to matcha and this is a great way to try lots of flavours and see which are your favourites. However, the tiny tins (while very cute and recyclable!) are not the easiest to get a serving of matcha from without some being wasted as it's scooped out. Overall I do love this product, just be careful when using!"

"I was really excited to order this and try all the different flavours, but I found that even with using the recommended scoop of matcha, and a fairly average portion of milk, I could barely taste any flavour from the matcha. Got better when I used a whole tin per drink, but this has made it very expensive and I won’t be buying any single flavours. I really wanted to love these! 🙁"
