    How to make a hot tea

      Boil water to 80°

    • tea brewing time

      Wait 3 mins

      Without milk

    How to cold brew tea

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Edinburgh Rock is the best tea ever!!!

    "I picked this beauty up on a trip to Edinburgh last year, and it’s become one of my favourite Bird & Blend teas. It really does capture the nostalgic flavour of traditional Edinburgh Rock sweets without being overly sweet. It’s smooth, fruity, and has a lovely creamy candy finish that’s unique while still tasting like a proper cup of tea. I’ve actually fallen in love with it as a cold brew. I steep it overnight, then mix it with a splash of lemonade, and it’s incredibly refreshing, perfect for warm weather. If you’re looking for something a little different that brings a taste of Edinburgh to your cup, I can’t recommend this blend enough!"

    gorgeous! sweet but with a white tea tang

    "this is a lovely sweet fruity tea - absolutely gorgeous as a cold brew in diet lemonade or cream soda - but it's lovely hot too - you have to be craeful to do it to 80 degrees though. . not 100! the best thing about it is that the white tea leaves a slight tang, making the drink not too sweet when you cold brew. absolutely lovely."
