No need for any sweeteners or syrups - just this Banana Matcha and some milk and you have a wonderfully smooth and lovely matcha latte.     Not a fan

    "The only B and B matcha I don’t like (apart from salted caramel,on account of hardly any matcha content ) This has a healthy good percentage of matcha but I get a slightly metallic taste from the banana flavouring . Probably no bad thing for my bank balance , my bank rues the day I discovered Bird and Blend 😆 but it’s wayy healthier and more economic than my previous alcohol addiction!"

    What is the nutritional information for your matcha ?
    Hi Louisa - thank you for your question! Most of our blends (including ALL of our matcha products) are completely sugar-free! A small number of our tea blends - but none of our matcha - have ingredients which do contain sugar. When we intentionally add sugar it will only be for the purpose of enhancing a flavour that may be too tart if left unsweetened. These can be viewed here: https://www.birdandblendtea.com/pages/allergens-tea With regards to the exact amount of sugar in any particular blend, this is not information that we have to hand as we do not currently test our blends for this. Any blends that have naturally occurring sugars will only have trace amounts. Only our Sticky Chai range has extra sugar from honey.
