    How to make a hot tea

    • perfect loose leaf tea spoon

      Step 1

      2 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 2-4 mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Tea Mixologist Top Tip

    Heat two heaped tsp of sticky chai in one cup of milk (any milk will work) on the stove, stirring whilst it heats up. Or pop in the microwave for 2 mins - be careful not to burn!

    Sweet Treat

    One word: addictive!

    This is SO delicious, it makes me want to drink more and more tea! I tried it the simple way, steeped, topped with milk. I reckon the latte version is even better!
