This Dry January, we’ve dreamt up a fruity new loose leaf blend, so you can enjoy your favourite cocktail completely alcohol free. Meet Appy Spritz. All the flavour & no missing out.
Inspired by sun-soaked summers abroad, this bitter citrus blend brings holiday mode to your mug, no matter the weather. This recipe was created by Ben, the manager of our HQ, The Nest. They love mixing up dreamy drinks!

What you will need:
- 2 Perfect Tea Spoons of Appy Spritz loose leaf tea
- 100ml 100° water
- Tonic water
- Ice
- A cocktail shaker
- Orange rind
What to do:
- Brew 2 Perfect Tea Spoons of Appy Spritz loose leaf tea in 100ml of water for 4 minutes. We use our Brewdini Gravity Steeper for the perfect mess-free brewer & strainer!
- Strain into your cocktail shaker over ice.
- Shake shake shake! To get the perfect mix, shake the shaker until it is so cold you can't stand to hold it anymore!
- Pour the contents of your cocktail shaker into a glass.
- Top up with tonic water.
- Add your orange rind for garnish.
- Enjoy!
