    How to make a hot tea

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 4+ mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

    "I can't say this was in any way bad, because it wasn't! But - the label said TOFFEE flavour and in truth it was the cocoa that came through so more chocolatey than toffee flavour. The chai spices are also very prominent - perhaps a touch too prominent but that's just my taste. Good but not a top favourite."

    Hi, can I ask what the approximate calories are of the tea please? I’m looking at getting some of the sticky chai flavours but would like to know this. Thank you
    Hi Alana, thanks so much for getting in touch with your question! The calorie content of all of our teas after the brewing process is lower than needs to be declared on a food label, even the blends with whole fruit pieces and candy hearts.
