    Summer in a glass ☀️

"This is an absolutely gorgeous cold tea. Bright, fresh and ridiculously refreshing. Close your eyes and it genuinely feels like a warm summer day in a glass. The description on the tin says “fruit, lemonade and sunshine” and that is exactly what it tastes like. One of my absolute favourites from Bird & Blend."

    — BJ S. (5/5)

The most refreshing tea for clammy summer days

"This tea is a favourite to cold brew with lemonade. The strawberry bursts out and is tamed by the mint in the tea. I find the fruitiness and the minty-ness is at a perfect equilibrium. This tea has been a staple in my cupboard for quite a while and for good reason!"

    — Michelle (5/5)

    Not a fan sadly

"The peppermint overpowered the other flavours so I couldn't really taste anything else. I like peppermint, but when I buy a tea like this, I like to taste the other flavours."

    — Rachel H. (2/5)

    Summer fruits loveliness

"I am loving the sweet strawberriness of this tea. It’s mellow and delicious with no tartness. A nice way to keep the summer feeling going for just a little bit longer"

    — FIONNUALA M. (5/5)

    Fruity but subtle

"You can taste all of the individual flavours, as well as a herbal/minty undertone, but it's not overpowering like many fruit teas."

    — Megan (5/5)

    Just like Pimms!

"One of the best cold brews for summer, with lemonade and ice, it’s just like Pimms"

    — Emma (5/5)

    Great taste

"I loved this tea when I bought it and the flavour is great."

    — Isla (4/5)

Cold infusion to flavour water kefir

"First attempt to use teas to add suble flavours to water kefir brews and it worked. . . . lovely for making long cold drinks. Subtle fruitinesd"

    — Liz H. (5/5)

    Summer in a cuppa!

"The first blend I ever tasted and is still my absolute favourite."

    — Ruth L. (5/5)

    Perfect

"On a recent trip to Brighton i stopped to get some Summer in the garden as i'd been told it like Pimm's. I've not been disappointed. It’s such a refreshing, summery blend with a lovely balance of fruit and citrus flavours. It feels like a little taste of a sunny garden in every cup."

    Q&A

Do you add sugar or sweetener to your teas?
Hi there, when it comes to sugars in our blends, we only have a few blends that actually have sugars intentionally added. When we intentionally add sugar it will only be for the purpose of enhancing a flavour that may be too tart if left unsweetened. You can check out those blends on our Allergens page https://www.birdandblendtea.com/pages/allergens-tea (scroll down a little to the 'Containing Sugar' section) With regards to the exact amount of sugar in any particular blend, this is not information that we have to hand as we do not test currently test our blends for this. Any blends that have naturally occurring sugars will only have a very small amount.
A lot of the advertisement for this tea includes cucumber - Im allergic to cucumber but I like the look of this tea - the ingredients don't include cucumber but is it in the “natural flavourings”? Thank you for any help on this!
Hi Cucumber is not an ingredient in this blend - It's perfectly fruity, with a little zingy edge to really replicate the summertime cocktail. The garnish you see is an optional extra to be added to taste. Andi @ B&B
