Q&A

How many calories and carbs does this have please
Hi Michelle, I hope you are well and thank you for your question. The calorie content of all of our teas after the brewing process is lower than needs to be declared on a food label, even the blends with whole fruit pieces and candy hearts. None of our blends have any more than 1g sugar excluding our Sticky Chai as this contains honey. I hope that was helpful but please do get in touch if you have any other questions! Does the tin contain loose tea already, or would I need to buy the loose tea separately?

I have tried all the suggestions and I still do not quite like this blend of tea I am a bit disheartened as I love mulled cider. I've added cinnamon sticks and apples even orange peel I just don't know what it is?
Hi Danielle, thanks so much for asking the question! Personally I love this one made as an apple steamer. Brew it in warmed apple juice and add the cinnamon sticks. It's my favourite winter warmer! Ian @ B&B
