    We always get asked about teas that may help you sleep - with this in mind, we wanted to create a blend to help you rest your mind & body. A dreamy infusion of rooibos, lavender & lemon, it's the perfect tea to help you drift away on a cloud.

    How to make a hot tea?

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 4+ mins

    • Gingerbread Christmas latte

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea?

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Lemony heaven!!

    I took a punt on this after a sample of deckchair dreaming surprised me with its fruity deliciousness! Well this is even more scrumptious. Like other reviews say it’s got a very lemon drizzle cake taste and the smell is heavenly. A real treat. You won’t be disappointed

    Good sleep tea

    I always get this blend it's a good sleep and relaxing tea. I love the lemon and lavender together. Have tried it with and without milk and also as a tea latte with almond milk.
