    We always get asked about teas that may help you sleep - with this in mind, we wanted to create a blend to help you rest your mind & body. A dreamy infusion of rooibos, lavender & lemon, it's the perfect tea to help you drift away on a cloud.

    Rooibos, Apple Pieces, Rosehip, Lavender, Lemon Peel, Fermented Lemon Peel, Orange Peel, Natural Flavouring

    How to make a hot tea?

    • perfect loose leaf tea spoon

      Step 1

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 4+ mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea?

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Dreamy delight

    This is my new favourite tea!! It was a sample in my local store and as soon as I tried it, I fell in love! I am not the biggest fan of herbal or fruit teas as I enjoy a splash of milk to make my tea creamy, thankfully this one pairs great with tea as it is rooibos! This tea is so calming and I highly recommend if you are a fan of lavender and lemon!!

    All time FAVE

    Without a doubt, this is my favorite sleepytime tea. It is WONDERFUL. The flavor is perfection. My ranking is- this is tops, then Deckchair Dreaming a close 2nd place, then Dozy Girl. Please, never stop making this one!
