    We always get asked about teas that may help you sleep - with this in mind, we wanted to create a blend to help you rest your mind & body. A dreamy infusion of rooibos, lavender & lemon, it's the perfect tea to help you drift away on a cloud.

    Rooibos, Apple Pieces, Rosehip, Lavender, Lemon Peel, Fermented Lemon Peel, Orange Peel, Natural Flavouring

    How to make a hot tea?

    • perfect loose leaf tea spoon

      Step 1

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 4+ mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea?

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Love this calming tea

    I disovered this tea in store last year (2025), bought a pouch of teabags, but then never re-bought it. Fast forward to December '25 and I decided I wanted to indulge in it, so bought the tea - so glad I did, and I'll be a frequent buyer of it now.

    I don't tend to like variations of tea beyond breakfast, but this is lovely. I have it with oat milk and it's like a warm hug in a mug.

    Fabulous

    My goodness, I have never slept so well. I am currently menopausal and sleep has been my biggest issue. I’ve been having one cup about 8pm and I am sleeping from 10pm-6am. This has never been known for me. They taste really nice, lemony, my daughter says they smell like lemsip. Delighted and will be ordering more.
