I love it ! It’s a gingernut biscuit in a cup ! It is so warm and perfect for cosy season ! The ginger is there but not too strong, making a nice association with the umami taste of matcha !

Ok, so I really got this in preparation for Autumn and Winter, but I had to sneak a taste! I love ginger and this was perfectly spiced. It's really good with ice but I can't wait to try it warm in the cooler months. Yummy!
