Not eggnog, but very delicious
"Smells and tastes nothing like eggnog, but very delicious in its own right. It's a little tart, rather bright, and pretty light for a rooibos. Very fresh. Given eggnog is a rich and creamy drink, it hits none of the expected marks (a regular vanilla rooibos would've been closer), but this is my favourite of the ones I picked up in the winter sale nonetheless. If you find rooibos a bit heavy, or if you prefer the brighter citrus blends or even just a little lightening, this is perfect. It isn't sour or floral but it has the lightening of florals. Very refreshing hot, and would make a lovely cold brew too. Think this blend could do with a more appropriate name if brought back."

Decent tea but …
"I do like the tea, it’s quite unique . However eggnog didn’t really come to mind. When it comes to eggnog nutmeg is the spice I think of the most rather than cinnamon. The tea is good, I’ll try it with some nutmeg next time which might give me the nogg experiment I was hoping for"

Nothing like eggnog
"This is not at all like real eggnog. I don't know what the spice that is dominating the taste is, but it's very unpleasant and has no place in eggnog anything. Even adding oat milk any syrup could not help it!"

Eggnog tea
"Lovely flavour and you do get the Eggnog taste hit after a few sips. Very nice for a change of taste"

Lovely tea
"This is a lovely tea. I wouldn't say it tastes of Eggnog, but then I only know German eggnog (which takes off your pants with it's sweet, eggy, gazzingy taste). Lovely tea nevertheless."

More nutmeg than cinnamon flavour
"I’m drinking this tonight and it’s just okay. I wouldn’t agree with the taste notes, it doesn’t taste nutty, cinnamony, or creamy, even with milk. If I didn’t know the ingredients, I would think that it contains nutmeg as it tastes quite strongly of nutmeg which can be a bit caustic. I’m not sure about it on its own so I may try mixing it with a different blend to see if I can make the spice less harsh and more flavourful. Overall fine, I’ll probably finish the bag over time but not one I would reach for if I had other teas available"

Not what I expected
"I was looking forward to this, creamy cinnamon and Christmas brew but sadly disappointed. I smelled sort of metal and the taste was GINGER. no cinnamon (which I love) or even nutmeg like a traditional Eggnog. It's more like a weak Gingerbread Chai. Disappointed as it's not creamy or Christmassy and in a large bag that won't be grabbed. I even made up as a Latte with Oat Milk and tho was creamier just GINGER flavour??"

A Good Roobios
"A good roobios blend. It's a nice flavour but I don't feel the Christmas or the nog vibe from it. Not sure the name of eggnog suits it or not. Others than that it's a nice blend and easy to enjoy"

Love the real thing but not this!
"Was really disappointed with this. I love real egg nog and B&B teas so thought this would be a winner, but it really wasn't nice. The flavourings used seemed to bring out the slightly metallic taste you can sometimes get with some redbush teas, and it overpowered any other flavours - I really couldn't get any kind of egg nog taste. As well as that, the tea seemed quite powdery so didn't work well with an infuser. It was also a shame I couldn't buy a smaller pouch since it will now go unused."

Ok…. Not quite what I was expecting.
"I enjoyed this tea, but I can’t day I felt it was creamy or nutty…. It felt like a roiboos with cinnamon. Not awful at all, just different to what I thought, still enjoyable, but I won’t be repurchasing this one."
