    How to cold brew tea

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    a bit weak?

    it smells amazing, EXACTLY like a chery bakewell, but i find it always turns out weak? i have to use more than recommend and brew the water hotter, but then it gets bitter 🤕

    With white tea, we recommend only brewing for 3 minutes and at 80 degrees, otherwise the delicate tea leaves will burn and it will result in that bitter taste.
    Due to the delicacy of white tea, that is why the taste can be subtler than the smell - therefore, I'd definitely recommend using extra scoops of the tea, rather than altering the brewing conditions!
