This is the Glasgow Store's exclusive loose leaf tea blend. The idea for this blend was another Fan suggestion (we love it when that happens!) and wow, are we glad! Slightly smoked malty flavours blend smoothly with vanilla to create a burnt caramel whisky flavour with a rooibos tea base... Yum!
As one of our store blends 50% of all profits from sales of this blend will go to our Glasgow store's chosen chariTEA Ubuntu Women Shelter.

"Genuinely beautiful flavours, earthy, oaky, and slightly spiced. Really lovely to curl up with at the end of the day. The only downside is I have to buy this online as it's obviously not in my local shop. I really prefer supporting my lovely shop in Leeds!"

"I usually love B&B teas, and am a fan of Rooibos but this was really not nice. The smell as it was brewing was almost medicinal, like antiseptic, and the taste wasn't any better. I couldn't detect any whiskey flavours, or any smokeyness , but could taste a bit of cinnamon. I wasn't actually able to finish the cup it was so bad. . . . sorry B&B, really disappointed with this one."

"When I first had whisktea, it was what I expected. It has hidden depths that you don’t get from the anroma anlone. It has a smokey quality washes over the tongue followed by the sweet rooibos aftertaste with a bourbon tang that sparks a curiosity every time you have a mug. It is a cosy autumn/winter hug and fantastic coupled with a good book and a blanket."
