An Indian family tradition, Masala Chai or āspiced teaā is a sweet but spiced black tea brewed in milk. The recipe is personal to each family and has been passed down through the generations. Originally Chai was put together with spices such as cinnamon & star anise from Grandmaās cupboard.

Step 1
1-2 perfect tea spoons
Step 2
Add to your Brewdini or strainer of choice, top with 100Ā°C water & steep for 2-4 minutes.
Step 3
Strain out in your fave mug with an infuser/strainer.
Step 4
Sprinkle with cinnamon, cocoa powder or nutmeg!

Our Chai tea does contain caffeine since it has a blend of black tea which is made from leaves from the camellia sinensis plant which naturally contains caffeine.
