    Ingredients

    Sri Lankan Black Tea, Aniseed, Desiccated Coconut, Liquorice, Sunflower Petals, Cornflowers, Natural Flavouring

    How to make a hot tea

    • perfect loose leaf tea spoon

      Step 1

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 4 mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Tea Mixologist Top Tip

    It tastes great hot without milk or try it with a dash of coconut milk. In hot weather It would be lovely cold brewed.

    Not for me sadly!

    I tried this hot and as a cold brew, it’s just not for me. I don’t like the taste at all, which is a shame.

    I like it - but only as cold brew

    I'm mixed on this tea, as I'm not a fan of it hot but love it as a cold brew! It's especially good in sparkling water with a dash of elderflower cordial. Dropping a star because it's not an all rounder but still pretty good!
