Rooibos tea | Caffeine free

The perfect halfway house between tea and hot chocolate. This chocolatey tea is infused with mint to create that nostalgic flavour of ice cream by the seaside, how dreamy!

Plus, mint is a bit of a super herb! It's been around forever, is great for you and also goes with so many things! Almost like tea!

How to make a hot tea

    Wait 4+ mins

    With or without milk

How to cold brew tea

  • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

    Step 1

    Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

  • Add cold water

    Step 2

    Add 750ml cold water

  • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

    Step 3

    Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

  • Enjoy over ice.

    Step 4

    Pour over ice & enjoy!

"This tea really surprised me. I’m used to “tasting notes” from coffee beans rarely living up to the description, but this tea (and all of the Bird & Blend teas I’ve tried) actually tastes like the description. "This is like drinking a mint hot chocolate in flavour, without the sickly sweet aftertaste. It's become my go to tea when I am trying to cut my snack intake - I get all of the sweet flavour I crave, but none of the excessive sugar that you get with hot chocolate. Q&A

Hi, does this tea have any calories?
Hi there, thanks so much for asking! The calorie content of all of our teas after the brewing process is lower than needs to be declared on a food label, even the blends with whole fruit pieces and candy hearts. None of our blends have any more than 1g sugar and many have only a trace. Ian @ B&B
What is the shelf life of the tea pouches?
Hi there, you should find a stamp on the pouch somewhere, or a label stating the BBE date of the tea, but generally it's around 18 months. So long as you keep the tea in an airtight container, out of direct sun light, you should be good to drink it, but after that, it could start to lose its flavour. Happy Sipping! Ian @ B&B

Does this one taste like the peppermint hot cocoa?
Hi there! All our blends are different! This one is a rooibos and Peppermint Hot Cocoa is a Herbal Blend! :) However, these guys are definitely in a similar ball park! I think you'll love it! I also have to recommend Peppermint Cream! Trust me! Neve @ B&B
