    How to make a hot tea?

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Wait 4+ mins

      Without milk

    How to cold brew tea?

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

    Unreal!

    I've tried nearly every caffeine-free tea Bird & Blend sells, and this one was one of the last I tried because, well, we had the cheap bagged version in the cupboard already, and I tend to go for spiced ginger rather than lemon and ginger when it comes to ginger tea. I finally tried it, though, and it's unreal: the flavors are so full, the ginger is truly spicy, and the smell is incredible. I think it's my new top favorite!
