    This balanced blend of whole black tea leaves is just as great with milk as without. If you’re looking for a blend to refresh your morning with, something light & refreshing, the perfect accompaniment to your cake or your English Muffin, Great British Cuppa is for you!

    How to make a hot tea?

    • perfect loose leaf tea spoon

      Step 1

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 2-4 mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea?

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    This is a classic English Breakfast, flavourful; light to enjoy without milk. Or if you fancy a splash of milk, make sure you brew it for at least 4 mins to let the whole leaves properly infuse.

    Unimpressive

    It tastes incredibly generic, slightly watery. Not a distinctive cup of tea, not a strong taste. It's not bad tea, it's just not distinctive tea. I brew in a pint tea mug, using an appropriate portion of leaf. Other bird and blend teas have appropriately, but this one has not.

    Hi Douglas - thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review!

    This blend is our slightly more balanced version of a 'breakfast tea', and therefore we would suggest using an extra teaspoon or so if you like your brew really strong!
    For an automatically stronger, heartier tea, we would recommend our 'Builders Breakfast Brew', which uses CTC rather than whole leaf :)

    As the name says, a great British cuppa!

    This has become my joint favourite tea. A must have in the cupboard for any traditional tea lover! Always happy with a great British cuppa!
