    How to make a hot tea?

    • perfect loose leaf tea spoon

      Step 1

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 4+ mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea?

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Gingerbread Bliss in a teacup, absolutely Brew-tiful !

    The Bird & Co team on WhatsApp were brilliant, prompt, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They made the whole online experience feel easy and personal.

    I stumbled across your Gingerbread Chai on a spur of the moment visit to York, and an opportunistic find. I honestly never knew tea could be so different. The Gingerbread range has become a proper source of comfort and warmth on fireside nights alongside taking to work in a vacuum flask . I especially love it with oat milk, which gives a creamy back‑fill and rounds everything out beautifully. Consider me totally on this stuff!

    Cosy hug in a mug x

    Warming and cost, spice cup of loveliness. Great after a winter walk to warm up you core. Best drank under a cosy blanket with your favourite fluffy socks on x
