So in summer I have it cold brewed with Lemonade and in winter I have it done with hot water I have some before I go to bed every night. Highly recommend this tea."
"I am a chamomile and lavender devotee, but this one is super mellow as it has the addition of blue cornflowers which is a really nice touch it’s a very pleasant, calming tea. It needs quite a bit of steeping to get the good flavour, but it’s delicious. Would definitely make it a staple."
