    How to make a hot matcha

    • matcha measuring spoon

      Step 1

      1/2 tsp

    • matcha water temperature

      Step 2

      Add splash of 80° water

    • matcha bamboo whisk

      Step 3

      Whisk in a 'W' shape until frothy

      Step 4

      Top up with hot water or milk

    How to make iced matcha

    To get the best results from your matcha you should use a Bamboo Matcha Whisk. Mix up your matcha as a hot tea with honey or ice it as a latte. Matcha is also great in porridge, yoghurts, smoothies, and baking!

    Yummy

    Birthday cake matcha tastes really good but in my opinion it could do with some sort of syrup to make it even better and bring out the sweet cake flavour. I enjoy this with oat milk with vegan whipped cream on top :)
