    I like the tea…

"I like the Black Forest tea. It’s fruity, chocolatey and quite nice. I’m just sick of businesses demanding reviews every time I purchase an item. It’s annoying and intrusive. If I want to review something, I will. I don’t need several emails prompting me to do so."

    — Julia L. (4/5)

Lid is loose pointless tin really

"Waste of money unfortunately . Feels and looks cheap. Lid doesn’t seal it falls off easily . Won’t keep any contents fresh. Such a shame."

    — Dm (1/5)

    Great size

"150g tin for £3. 50. The 150g pouch fit easily in the caddy, with room for me to jiggle the spoon in as well. It’s so much easier having the tea caddy. It looks nice in the kitchen too."

    — K J. (5/5)

    Holds lots of tea leaves

"Great for storing your tea. Wish they sold labels, so I could label each tin. Ive just cut the name of the tea for now and put in each tin."

    Fab for the price.

"I wish there was a smaller option and an option with a double lid for freshness."

    — Louisa B. (5/5)

"It's a nice tin, quite plain and the lid doesn't feel tight, I had to put a strip of tape around the rim just to make it a little more snug. last thing I want is my tea getting soggy."

    Q&A

Can you make an option where you can put a label on the caddy to know what tea is inside. I end up having to stick paper on it to know what’s inside which slightly ruins the look of the caddy.
Hi Ele, I absolutely understand where you're coming from and will be passing your feedback on to the team! Thanks Katie @ B&B
how much 10 percent from 50g pouch (25 cups) is it from £7.35
Hi Matthew! Yes we give a 10% discount on replacement tea if you bring in your tea caddy! This should equal 74p from a 50g bag. Thanks. Katie @ B&B
Is the tea caddy suitable for sticky chai too? If not do you sell containers that are? I buy the 150g refill bags
Hello Eleanor, I would say no they are not - the Sticky Chai would dry out in a tin. We sell these blends in sealable jars with the refills designed to top them up. I think any similar sealing, glass jar would also work. Andi @ B&B
    How tall is the caddy?
Hi there, thanks so much for asking! They're 16.8cm tall. I hope they fit into your tea cupboard!
What volume can the tin hold? I gather it holds 150g like the tins you buy for tea, but just wanted to make sure :)
Hi Hanna, Thanks for your question. You are absolutely right, in that these caddies are designed to hold 150g of tea - however, depending on the weight and density of the tea you're putting in there, they can in fact hold quite a bit more than this weight, too. A denser tea, for example a fruit blend, takes up less space than a lighter blend (a peppermint tea for example) so you could fit more in. I do hope this makes sense and don't hesitate to be in touch if you have any other questions! Happy sipping, George @ B&B
