How to Make the Perfect Christmas Chai!

What drink is more festive than a spicy chai latte!? Yum!

Over the years we have created a fantastic range of Christmas blends which you have all expressed your love thats for sure, and more recently, we have included some incredible Christmas Sticky Chais!  

Ranging from Mince Pie Sticky Chai, to Mulled Cider Sticky Chai, a caffeine free Gingerbread Chai Sticky Chai,  and even a Spiced Pumpkin Pie Sticky Chai! Yep we have really gone for it!

Try this indulgent recipe for when's it's frosty outside and let it warm you up from the inside! Add a cheeky shot of spiced rum to really feel the heat!

We have 2 different Perfect Christmas Chai recipes, one using our fan fave Gingerbread Chai rooibos blend and the other one using our Traditional Sticky Chai!

How To Make The Perfect Christmas Chai, Gingerbread Chai

You will need:

How to make it:

  1. Brew 2 teaspoons of Gingerbread Chai in 100ml of boiling water and leave to steep for 5 minutes. We use our Brewdini Gravity Steeper for the perfect mess free brew!
  2. Heat up 300ml of milk in the microwave or on the hob
  3. Strain the Gingerbread Chai into the milk (make sure no tea leaves get into the milk!) and give it a good stir.
  4. Add your sweetener of choice and pour into a mug
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!

How To Make The Perfect Christmas Chai, Traditional Sticky Chai

You will need:

How to make it:

  1. All you need to do is mix 2 heaped teaspoons into 300ml of your chosen milk and pop it into the microwave for a couple of minutes or (if you want to be more traditional) you can mix it on the hob until the tea is infused and hot.
  2. There is already our Wild Flower Raw Honey infused in the Sticky Chai, so no sweetener is necessary unless you have a BIG sweet tooth!
  3. Leave to infuse for about 5 minutes or so on the hob whilst its nice and hot (but not boiling!)
  4. Strain through with a sieve or a tea strainer as to not get any tea bits in your mug! We use our Brewdini Gravity Steeper for perfect mess free results!
  5. Sip and Enjoy!
