My first attempt at matcha
"I liked the tea and I enjoyed the display. However I was a little disappointed by the matcha. It would have been nice to include two more flavours of tea or matcha instead of boxing the spoon and whisk. I appreciated their inclusion, but space could have been for more flavours. As for the matcha, I found it difficult to get the powder to absorb fully and with most I couldn't taste the flavour. I'm not sure I see the appeal and the next time it would be nice to give the option of separate calendars, as is done with the advent calendars."

"I love how much time was devoted to the aesthetics of the box and the packaging and everything. It really elevates the experience and makes it so special. I love trying to guess the tea based on the potion appearance. I really like the mix of matcha and teabags, as I couldn’t afford to get two separate ones. And I love all the autumn flavours. Spiced teas are particular favourites of mine so I have enjoyed every one. Genuinely have no notes or suggestions to improve, it’s just perfect."

"Without giving away any spoilers, I really like how this calendar doesn’t only contain teabags and matcha! It’s a cute idea - would be five stars but I wasn’t the biggest fan of a couple of the blends (cherrified was a little bland, and the cookie dough one wasn’t to my taste). I’d still buy it next year if B&B runs it again :)"

- I've just set mine up ready to start it tomorrow and I was wondering, as the numbers don't match dates like a Christmas advent calendar would, is it meant to be opened from 1-13 or 13-1, or does it not matter?

- How many cups of tea does this make? The description says '13 unique potions inside' and then the spell book features say there are '22 spooky cuppas inside', would that mean 13 flavours and enough tea for 22 cups?

- Are the teas in this gluten free? A lot of them contain ‘natural flavouring’ and gluten is, of course, naturally occurring in several flavourful ingredients so I cannot tell if these teas contain one of the most common allergens from the description.
