How to make a hot tea

    Boil water to 100°

  • tea brewing time

    Wait 4+ mins

    Without milk

How to cold brew tea

  • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

    Step 1

    Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

  • Add cold water

    Step 2

    Add 750ml cold water

  • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

    Step 3

    Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

  • Enjoy over ice.

    Step 4

    Pour over ice & enjoy!

Prefered cold

I tried this because I love Turkish delight, but I found it to be just a delicate rose flavoured tea with no chocolatey taste. Maybe it was silly of me to try it because I really don't like floral tea!

I saw on a separate gift set instruction card it said you could try teas cold in spirits, well I used to buy a rose and jasmine gin which was very nice, so rather than throw this away or use as a draw scent, I put a couple of spoons in some gin and left it over night. OMG it wax wonderful, I highly recommend this method, it brings out a delicate chocolate after taste and is a beautiful pink colour when mixed with tonic.
