Too soft!
Looks the part but too soft doesnt froth the matcha very well

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback :) Our whisk is made from high quality bamboo, and should froth matcha admirably! However, our flavoured matcha does contain starch balls, which hold natural flavouring oils - this sometimes means the matcha doesn't always 'foam' as much as you may expect from a plain matcha powder. (Don't worry, as long as it is all whisked & combined, it will still taste just as good!) With our 'pure grade' unflavoured matcha, this one will froth just as much as expected!
We also recommend soaking the whisk in warm water before and in between use, to keep the bristles in tip-top condition!
