Solving the mystery!
"Wow - what a lovely surprise :) we ordered our first batch of loose leaf, based on flavours we thought we would love and being the lover of chaos that I am, I figured I’d treat us to a mega mystery box too! We couldn’t be happier, not only did we get a lovely mix of new flavours to try, but we received a strainer and measuring spoon to support us in making the perfect cuppa. We weren’t one of the lucky one in 100 to receive a super mystery gift, but that definitely won’t stop us trying again. I’ve never really been a Matcha fan, but the two small tins we received have changed my mind! Well worth the money and definitely a lovely, tasty surprise. Our next purchase is likely to Include a cold brew start set (and another mystery box no doubt)."

Astounding value for money
"I was a little sceptical about ordering the box but I shouldn’t have been worried at all as it was a lovely surprise. I do have one already but I got a spoon which I didn’t expect so it was a pleasant surprise. One of the teas I had had before but it was a nice reminder that I need to re-order that one again!"

Wouldn't Buy Again
"I bought 2 boxes. Technically, you do get the advertised price, but the selections were a bit meh. I would have appreciated something other than just tea or spoons, especially in the biggest box. I also ended up with 3 teas that I can't drink because they contain liquorice. Perhaps, putting teas with ingredients that are known to cause/ affect medical conditions in a mystery box isn't the best idea. Overall, I got what was advertised but I wouldn't buy it again."

What a great mystery box
"I bought the largest mystery box as I was hoping for a cold brew bottle to be in it. Imagine my delight when it arrived and I opened it there was! There was also a note stating I'd won it and only 1 in 100 boxes have a special surprise in them - the cold brew bottle. How fantastic! So I've been cold brewing for the last few days and I have to say it's a revelation. Some things that I'm not keen on hot are much better and enjoyable cold. I'm now having to keep a list - what I've tried do I like it hot or cold or both? Spicey Marg is a case in point. A bit nothing hot but spicy cold and I love it cold but not hot. In addition there was a few bags of loose leaf tea and the loose leaf brewer thingy with the blue lid. Very practical. Also there was a couple of Matcha and super Matcha tins in there. Great as the majority of these are totally new to me. I'm having fun trying them all hot and cold. The box was so good that I'm very tempted to get another one."

Lovely "lucky box" experience, very happy
"Everyone loves a bargain, and when it comes to making a decision about teas I can take ages to ponder before going through checkout so on seeing the emails declaring that these babies were available, thought I'd try a mid-sized mystery box. It arrived today and I was well chuffed with the selection of black, herbal and fruit teas included, plus a wee matcha tin, a shiny dedicated teaspoon - which can stay ready with the blends - and a packets of empty teabags for loose blends. I try to limit my caffeine intake to midday so having lots of interesting fruit and herbal blends is great for the rest of the day, and to avoid same-brew boredom. Would definitely buy again, maybe for a gift even!"

"I saved up some extra money to treat myself to a mystery box and I was so delighted with everything I received. My absolute favourite tea was included (no spoilers) as well as some others I’ve had over the years and some new ones. "I absolutely love Bird and Blend but this Mystery Box wasn’t for me sadly…one of the choices felt like a bit of a controversial flavour 🤢 and the accessories I already had. Absolutely get that it is a gamble when you get a mystery box so I’m sure others would be more than happy but this time it didn’t land with me."

A specific shop blend from a town I've never visited felt like vicarious travel, and teas for all moods and times of day, plus two handy pieces of equipment. Delicious, every single one!
"I jumped at the chance of a mystery box so that I could taste different teas! I bought a medium box and just kept on opening teas and goodies. I love the tea spoon, so helpful with measuring, and the tea bags so you can travel with the loose teas. Caramalised biscuit has become a new favourite, and I got the chance to try match tea. Highly recommend this box!"

Can you get caffeine free versions or ones without green tea or high caffeine teas? I’d love to buy this but I can’t have very high caffeine teas and don’t want to end up giving away the entire box :(
