    How to make a hot tea

      Step 1

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 4 mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Did someone say Turkish Delight?!

    This was another tea that I had on my (very long) wish list, that the magical pixies at Bird & Blend gifted to me with a recent order. I am so glad they did! As soon as I started brewing my tea, I was hit with the most incredible aroma! It’s like the most amazing Turkish Delight you’ve ever had (I’m positive that this is what the Turkish Delight and Hot Chocolate the white witch gave to Edmund Pevensie in Narnia would taste like!) - the rose is perfect and the cardamom elevates it beautifully. I added milk and it was beautiful having a warm mug of pink goodness to sip on! My only complaint is that I could drink this all day and still need more! Bird & Blend have knocked it out the park with this tea.

    New favourite - pleeeease bring it back
