    Luxury white silver needle tea with heavenly jasmine & calming spearmint to help you relax. Buddhism & tea have a long entwined history. Tea is said to embody the 4 Buddhist principles & Japanese monks brew a cup prior to meditation to stay alert & focused. Inspired by this we created this dreamy tea.

    How to make a hot tea?

      Boil water to 80°

    • tea brewing time

      Wait 3 mins

      Without milk

    How to cold brew tea?

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Don't forget to use a splash of cold water (or a fancy kettle!) to ensure your water is around 80 so you don't burn the delicate green tea leaves - this will ensure it doesn't taste bitter!

    Does this have caffeine in? :)
    Jaime this is another white tea base so yes - low levels of caffeine. Any blends that actually contain the tea plant Camellia Sinensis will contain some level of Caffeine. Andi @ B&B
