None of our blends have any more than 1g sugar, excluding our Sticky Chai as this contains honey - you can find nutritional information for this range on our website! Absolutely - after infusing in your choice of cold liquid for 4-6 hours in the fridge (or overnight for stronger flavours), be sure to strain out the loose tea leaves before enjoying your refreshing brew.
