    Bird & Blend Tea Co. has officially arrived in the historic city of Canterbury! Our store blend is a delicious breakfast blend with subtle muscatel & grape notes from the combination of Darjeeling & elderberries. It’s a gentle flavour that’s reminiscent of wine and tells a tale worthy of Chaucer himself.

    Ingredients

    Indian Darjeeling Black Tea, Indian Assam Black Tea, Sri Lankan Black Tea, Elderberries, Cornflowers

    How to make a hot tea

    • perfect loose leaf tea spoon

      Step 1

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 100°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 3 mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      With or without milk

    How to cold brew tea

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Brilliant as a hot tea but try adding a slice of lemon to bring out the Darjeeling base within the tea.

    Sorry but it’s boring

    I really hoped to like this. It just taste like normal standard tea. I won’t buy again sorry to say.
