    How to make a hot tea

      Boil water to 80°

    • tea brewing time

      Wait 3 mins

      Without milk

    How to cold brew tea

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    "You had an early start, it's been a long day, you had a late finish, you're tired and weary, you walk into the bedroom and you've got fresh bedding (Thank you Fairy TeaMother). Instantly, the smell of your favourite fabric conditioner feels your nostrils, you reach out and take a corner of the duvet, oh how soft and comforting it feels in your hand, you pull back the duvet and sit on the bed and immediately you're transported, you feel weightless, all the troubles and tribulations of the day have gone, you lay in bed and breathe, the air is fresh and your mind is calm, you pull the duvet over you and feel this huge comfort hug you, you're head cocoons into the pillow and as you close your eyes, meadows of luscious vines filled with Jasmine Blossom drift you off to sleep. ^That, there, is, Duvet Day Blissful, Luscious, Light and Comforting."

    Just wondering, I’ve never tried white tea before….can you drink this with milk? Is white tea and oolong tea a weak tea, as I love weak tea :-) thanks for your help
    Hi Tammy, Thank you so much for your question! We would recommend a white tea without milk but that's not to say milk in white tea might be your cuppa! We love an experiment too!! Both white and oolong tea are definitely our more subtle flavour teas especially white tea - it's a very delicate brew!
