    How to make a hot tea?

      Step 1

      1 tsp

    • tea brewing temperature

      Step 2

      Boil water to 80°

    • tea brewing time

      Step 3

      Wait 3 mins

    • hot cup of tea

      Step 4

      Without milk

    How to cold brew tea?

    • loose leaf tea in cold brew tea bottle

      Step 1

      Scoop 5-6 tsp into a bottle

    • Add cold water

      Step 2

      Add 750ml cold water

    • refrigerate for 4-6 hours

      Step 3

      Leave 4-6 hrs or overnight

    • Enjoy over ice.

      Step 4

      Pour over ice & enjoy!

    Weird

    I love Bird & Blend and have loved every single tea I have tried so far (60+ at last count) but not this one! Genuinely gutted, because I was so excited to try it, and I'm hopeful of finding a way to make it palatable, but right now I'm reluctant to even give it another go. I'm struggling to describe the flavour, other than unpleasant, and that's not helpful to anyone.

    If you are looking for fresh and fruity, heavenly smelling tea, this is not it. If you like the smell and taste of wet mud, maybe this is the tea for you!
