"Definitely tastes more like strawberry ice-cream than Neapolitan as I didn't get any cocoa/chocolate flavour but it is delicious and not at all grassy. It's also unusual in flavour profile as there are layers to it. I've tried a few B&B matchas and this is the most summery. If you like the Birthday cake flavour but want something a bit fruitier, this is for you. I made a latte with almond milk - works great!"

"I have drunk this straight up with water. smells of chocolate and vanilla and strawberries. the chocolate smell is subtly like tonka bean. The taste is like plain matcha or sawdust but very fragrant with the smells. With added sweetner you can really taste notes of strawberries and vanilla and smell chocolate. But the real game changer is making the viral neopolitan matcha drink, adding it to a glass with layers of pureed strawberries at the bottom, milk in the middle and matcha on top, all with ice and a sweetner. It looks super pretty like a neopolitan ice cream and tastes exactly like summer, the strawberries bring out the strawberry flavour, the milk enhances the vanilla, and the chocolate is fragrant. It's the perfect summer drink. Another nice one is making the matcha and adding chopped strawberries and a sweetner. this also really brings out the neopolitan flavour and is super summery. Overall I think this drink isn't intended to be drunk straight with water. I think it's intended to be mixed as a latte or with summer berries. This way you can really taste the ice cream and strawberry notes. The milk I used was oat milk."
