Love this tea for sleepytime, it smells so so nice. I genuinely haven't smelled anything this nice ever. It tastes really good too especially if you add some honey and lemon to it :)

Initially I purchased this for my wife, as I'm more of a coffee drinker, I know how sacrilegious of me. However, this has made me a lover of tea, too! It's fair to say I'm a convert! The scent of this tea alone is amazing, it takes me back to eating those Refresher sweets, it literally smells just like that! That sherbert lemon scent is divine however with the lavender mixed in there it makes for a beautiful brew especially before bed. We highly recommend you give it a go.
