We always get asked about teas that may help you sleep - with this in mind, we wanted to create a blend to help you rest your mind & body. A dreamy infusion of rooibos, lavender & lemon, it's the perfect tea to help you drift away on a cloud.

I was bought some of these tea bags for Christmas and loved them. They are very fragrant and smell divine, and I’m generally not a fan of rooibos but these are something else. I love the taste and it’s quite a refreshing brew for the evening. My new favourite tea.
