The whisk programming settings are complete when the temperature (70°C) is reached, taking around 2 minutes if the lid is on.
The Magic Whisk will hold a maximum of 250 ml of milk, you can use non-dairy alternatives, we recommend oat milk for the perfect creamy latte. Please do not use water.
The specialised programming and our uniquely designed whisk & basket attachment ensures the matcha powder slowly filters through the whisk coils to create a silky smooth matcha latte. Make froth, not lumps! The Magic Whisk is designed to heat the milk to around 70°C, the perfect temperature to brew matcha without burning the powder for the best taste.
To clean your Magic Whisk, first unplug it and detach the jug from the power base. It’s best to clean it immediately after each use. Next, rinse and clean the inside of the jug using warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth. Once cleaned, dry the jug thoroughly too. Avoid immersing the jug or power base in water.
If you notice a milk layer at the bottom of the jug, soak it in warm, soapy water for a few hours, then wipe it off with a non-abrasive cloth.
You can wash the whisk, basket, and lid in the dishwasher using a cycle below 40°C but keep in mind that the jug and power base should never be placed in the dishwasher.

"loved the packaging and design however i found that the taste of the matcha was not always enjoyable. it seems to be really bitter more than the taste of matcha and sometimes the flavourings overpower it so you cannot taste the matcha at all. unfortunately one of the pots arrived empty as well."

"Very disappointed. Had high hopes. Lovely packaging, cute little tins of various flavours. A great idea for a sample box. However, on trying then out I found them to be severely lacking in flavour, despite following the instructions on the box. I contacted B& B who gave me several suggestions such as 1. Add more of the flavour matcha powder, 2. Add a flavour syrup, 3 Add some plain matcha, 4. Try with different milks. All of these defeated the purpose of the taster box which I presumed was intented to tempt you to buying more. It has done the opposite. I even visited a B&B store in London and asked the question. They had no suggestions other than to say 'well it won't be like a matcha you buy from a cafe'. Having since bought matcha powder from Perfect Ted I can see the colour of B&B is no way as rich a green colour so I guess the quality is lacking. Hence I have a load of useless matcha tins. Waste of money."

It arrived in good time and the flavours are in varying degrees of deliciousness according to my preferences. I read the description before buying and it stated that they contained 'natural flavourings'. I wrongly made the assumption that these would be natural in the sense of peelings, oils etc. However after communication with the brand via WhatsApp and more searching, I discovered that there is maltodextrin and other flavourings. I can't say that it has stopped me from purchasing my favourites in larger quantities. But I do wish the company was more transparent with their ingredient lists."
