None of our tea/herbal blends have enough carbohydrate content to register on a nutritional test, i.e. below 0.5g per serving. How many cups does a 30g pouch make?: Hello, Thanks so much for getting in touch with a TEAriffic question! We sell by weight and the amount of cuppas you get from each size does vary due to the blend a fair bit. Roughly a 20g pouch will get you 8 to 10 cups of tea and 50g will get you around 25 to 30.
