WHY CHAI?
Chai is fantastic for warming you from the inside out. It’s a delicate blend of spices which results in a unique effect on the body. As all the spices individually hold benefits, they create a bit of a super drink when mixed together! Chai has been said to contain anti-inflammatory properties, as well as being great for lowering blood pressure, managing blood sugar, boosting brain energy & improving cardiovascular health too.

HOT
Have you ever tried your Chai hot? You can create Chai lattes or hot steamers.
COLD
What about iced for the summer months, you can create iced chai lattes & can even do it in your cold brew tea bottle.
HOW TO MAKE HOT CHAI & STICKY CHAI

STEP 1
2 tea spoons (or 1 heaped tea spoon) to 1 cup of milk.

STEP 2
Heat with milk on stove or pop in the microwave.

STEP 3
Strain out in your fave mug with an infuser/ strainer.

Sprinkle with cinnamon, cocoa powder or nutmeg!
HOW TO MAKE ICED CHAI & STICKY CHAI

STEP 1
2 tea spoons (or one heaped spoon) of chosen flavour.

STEP 2
Add to your Brewdini or strainer of choice, top with water & steep for 4 minutes.

STEP 3
Once brewed pop into a fridge or pour into a cocktail shaker with ice & shake, shake, shake!

Add chai to a glass, add cold milk & sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon!

Delicious, warming autumn in a cup. This is the first season I've tried this tea and it's become a firm favourite (hence why I ordered the biggest pouch). Its warming, cosy, calming with a hint of warming spice and it makes a wonderful tea latte. Don't be afraid to experiment with brewing times, milks and sweetness.
MarkI've always loved chai, would buy mixes from other stores, and have a mini teapot with strainer built in. Have never tried - or heard of - Sticky Chai. I have yet to try this hot, but the last 3 days I've steeped some in milk overnight, strained it and wow, very VERY good chai. Wonderful tea and I will be back for more.

I love chai, however this sticky chai raises the flavour to another level. All the spices combine beautifully even looking at them in the infuser make you know it will be packed with flavour and a perfect indulgence for some me time.
